Shipping policy

A simple flat rate is charged per order to help cover packing and delivery.  

UK orders;  £4.00  (items usually sent by Royal Mail 1st Class, delivery aim next working day).

European orders;  £15.00   (items usually sent by Royal Mail International Standard, delivery aim 3-5 working days).

Orders to The Rest of the World;  £30.00  (items usually sent by Royal Mail International Standard, delivery aim 6-7 working days).

CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES

Please note that customers outside the UK will be liable for any import duty or other taxes, fees & charges that are applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt.

DELAYS

Remote areas, peak seasons (Christmas), and disruptions (weather) can slow delivery times.  For destinations outside the UK, delivery times can be affected by customs processing and local postal services.
