Refund policy

I hope you are happy with your order, but if you are not, please email theseafaringrat@gmail.com.  

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, please return the order within 30 days of receipt, and in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  Refunds will be credited to the purchaser's original method of payment.

To start a return, please email theseafaringrat@gmail.com with your request. Instructions will be sent by reply, explaining how and where to send your package. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
